"Halloween!"

Costumes as horrifying as clowns,
Terrifying vampires in velvet gowns.
Scary screams throughout the night,
No one's safe without a fright!

I ate so much candy,
I think I'm done...
But not until I have some fun!

Warm darkness stretches over me,
A little tingle through my body.
I saw some kids I could scare...
BOO! A scare they couldn't bear!

I've been to every house,
Ate all the candy I could,
I reached down and zipped up my hood,
And headed home,
And slept like an old lawn gnome.
